2. NEED A BOX?

We require all bikes and golf shipments to be in boxes, whilst ski and snowboards can be in a ski/snowboard bag or box.

We have our own range of boxes designed to pass through the courier network easily which reduces delays and unexpected fees. For more information on each box, click the sites below:

 We will deliver your SHERPR box ahead of your collection date, please make sure you leave enough time to pack your items.

Can I use my own bike box?

Yes you can, please check the ‘I am using my own bike box’ tick-box under the ‘Items’ section. Please verify your dimensions with the team before your shipment as they may be too large and rejected by our couriers. Please note there is a standard £45 large package fee applied when choosing this option. This fee is a standard charge for the use of all and any "own box". See our FAQs for more information on when you are using your own box.

3. RECEIVE AND ATTACH YOUR LABELS

After receiving your shipping label(s) and any necessary forms via email, you must print and attach these securely to your packaging. See our FAQs for more information on attaching labels to certain items. If you have booked a round trip shipment, attach your outbound label for your outbound trip but also take your return label with you for your return journey!

4. PREPARE YOUR SHIPMENT

This is an important step so take some time to ensure your items are properly packaged. We recommend padding out especially fragile parts of your sports equipment, as well as wrapping up loose items to ensure they do not damage other items whilst in transit. Any handles on snowsports bags should be taped and secured to the bag.

5. COLLECTION OF ITEMS

One of our trusted couriers will collect your item(s) within the specified pickup window from your designated pick-up address. Please ensure your item(s) are correctly packed, labelled and readily available for the driver by the start of your pick-up day.


6. TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your item(s) have been collected, it will be trackable throughout its journey using your tracking number provided in your SHERPR confirmation email. 7. YOUR EQUIPMENT HAS ARRIVED

Unless requested otherwise, your item(s) will arrive a day or two before you, meaning it will be there ready for your arrival. You have just saved yourself time and hassle at the airport. Sit back, relax and enjoy your trip!
