Once you've booked, pack your items securely in a suitcase or box, or opt for Sherpr packaging

Delivered Securely

One of our couriers will collect your items from your home or workplace and deliver to your final destination, ready for your arrival.

Tracked & Returned

Track your items every step of the way. Skip the airport queue's and enjoy your hassle-free journey and on-time baggage arrival. Traveling has never been so simple.

Sending Luggage

Receiving your pack

Once booked, we will send you a Sherpr pack containing a label pouch to fasten to your luggage, a checklist and cable ties to secure your luggage.

All luggage must adhere to weight and dimension restrictions. Anything over these will incur additional fees.

Insurance

We offer standard insurance cover. Please check with your travel insurance company for further cover.

Sending sports equipment

Need a box?

We require all bikes and golf shipments to be in boxes, whilst ski and snowboards can be in a ski/snowboard bag or box.

We have our own range of boxes designed to pass through the courier network easily which reduces delays and unexpected fees.

Can I use my own?

You may use your own bike box at a charge of £45 each way. Please select 'I am using my own bike box' during the booking process. All bike boxes must be within our maximum dimensions of 155x35x85.

Tracking & arrival

Track your shipment

Once your item(s) have been collected, it will be trackable throughout its journey using your tracking number provided in your Sherpr
confirmation email.

Track a Delivery

Arrival

Unless requested otherwise, your item(s) will arrive a day or two before you, meaning it will be there ready for your arrival. You have just saved yourself time and hassle at the airport. Sit back, relax and enjoy your trip!
