STANDARD, FLEXI AND SUPER FLEXI BOOKINGS - FAQ

  1. What is Standard, Flexi and Super Flexi?

    We offer different fares for booking on our services.

    What fares do we offer?

    Our Standard fare gives you the ability to track your order online, receive email updates, and includes our door to door services. There is no additional charge for this.

    Our Flexi fare gives you the ability to make certain amendments to your order, for example, you can amend your collection date, and/or your address information. 

    You have up until 4 pm the day before your collection date to request a Flexi change. Any changes submitted after 4 pm will not be processed.

    Our Super Flexi fare allows you to do all of the things that our Flexi fare offers, but with the additional feature of allowing you to cancel an order for any reason at any time, and you will receive a full refund (minus a £5 admin fee).

    How do I use my Flexi/Super Flexi?

    You can make an amendment by contacting us on support@sherpr.com. 

    You can make up to two Flexi requests per order, and you have up until 4 pm the day before collection to make your changes.

    Can I make changes to my Standard booking?

    We cannot alter standard bookings, however, if you made an error on your booking or need to change some details please get in contact with us on support@sherpr.com.
