  1. Once a refund is processed, how long will it take?

    It usually takes 5 - 10 business days, depending upon the bank, after the refund is processed.

  2. Does SHERPR hold credit card details?

    No. We do not store any payment information. We use Stripe, a secure online payment service to process transactions and all financial data is held by them.

  3. When will my payment be debited?

    We will debit your card only once the booking has been made. However, it may take up to 1-2 business days to appear on your bank statement.

  4. What payment method do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards.
